Our coaching mandate is to provide our youth athletes with something more than just elite technical skills development. Our core offering also includes leadership training, mentoring and integration of our multicultural communities, using sport and athletic excellence as a key motivating enabler.

BridgePro Sports is focussed on creating positive outcomes before, during and after professional athletic careers. We will continue to invest in new technology to assist our athletes to get the most out of their professional lives, on and off the field.

Bridgepro Foundation

The BridgePro Foundation provides a support network to encourage African, Aboriginal, Regional and other At-Risk youth to take a professional approach to life decisions, while utilising athletic success for engagement. The program seeks to mentor and develop elite athletes who have the potential to be leaders in their respective communities. By fostering an environment of seniors giving back to juniors, we expect positive changes across generations. The BridgePro Foundation utilises an extensive network of professionals from a variety of multi-cultural backgrounds to showcase opportunities for youth outside their current periphery.

At the heart of the BridgePro Foundation is building a foundation of cultural heritage, to assist in developing resilience and positive self-affirmation, which ultimately contributes to sporting and leadership success.

Elite Training

Training programs have a hard nose edge and are focussed on efficiency, repetition and intensity. Applicable for all ages, our coaches look to instil fundamental understanding of technical skills while building muscle memory so responses become automatic. We take a medium-term view on development, our programs are designed to be expanded on from a baseline foundation, therefore requiring repetition within a session and importantly, multiple scheduled sessions within a program.
